A Partnership is ideal if you have two or more persons conducting business together. There are three different types of partnerships that you can operate under and we can determine which one would be ideal for you.
A Corporation is also a type of business that offers the most protection from liability however it is also the most expensive type to operate in part due to the number of filings and in general higher operating costs.
A Non-Profit organization is one in which you exist to advance a cause in the area of public service. This type of organization does not seek to “turn a profit” but any excess revenues are kept with the organization to ensure preservation and possibly enhancement or expansion of services provided.
